Getting missiled once doesn't open up GDI?

I double tap a target, he missiles me once successfully, I can't missile or AB him back though because of GDI it says. I'm in GDI he isn't.

about 3 years old (latest update is from last feb but that didn't change much).

we have wiki mod but still plenty of wiki stuff is outdated but players can update wiki so GO UPDATING IT since you know things.

If you doubletap I believe they can retal once with any kind of attack and still not break gdi

a guy sent a single missile at me earlier this set and i was able to harm spy him back FTW

but we were close in size and it was early in the set
