Well been watching these countries since the beginning, 1 man tag very prepared for war.

Most likely a suicider.
See names like : 'No way Out', 'Pearl Harbor', and Come Out and Play.
16 Tyranny countries with high warfare/missiles, high SDI, high Spal, etc.

If not a suicider then is looking for war. So either way lets have some FUN. :-)

1 vs 1 combat....

you are planning to war 60+spal shouldnt affect you at all :p. 5 or 6 kills minimum should of been done!
