i have been multi missile attacks, when i checked back the country just died.
checked the news history, nothing happened after he missile attacks me. i dont even have a chance to retaliate

most likely player deleted his/her country and you won't get your losses back from anyone or anywhere.

If you are on a solo server, join GDI. Otherwise you will be attacked by someone who is bored. It is that simple!

They are not bored. They spend a considerable amount of time building and running a missile country and when the time comes to fire off the considerable number of missiles they have accumulated that is the culmination of their strategy.

They nearly always go for the highest ranked country not in GDI and they like their missiles to hit home so they sometimes stop a run and move on if the first three or four are stopped.

It is an odd way to play but it must offer some satisfaction or people wouldn't do it.

Perhaps one of the exponents will turn up in this thread and explain the pleasure of it to us.

I think they self delete because it is too late to research a bunch more missiles so there is just no point, for them, in continuing with the country.
