I am a country in tournament b last season and was on the top 10 list. why didn't I move to game A?

I'm pretty sure you have to recreate your country shortly after the game ends and before next round begins.

If you changed your country name that relegates you.

How do you move up to the next game while changing your name? Does the server keep a tally of your stats and moves you to the next game?
