Obviously I want business tech. Is it worth it for me to buy res tech as. Farmer? It certainly used to be but there have been a lot of tweaks since I last played.

You need both bus/res to be 172%-175% by the time your farmer starts stocking. After Agri is 223-226% of course.

I wonder what the best threshold is for completing farming tech. There is a law of diminishing returns.

Fwiw in ffa I got my demo farmer to 180 on the casher techs and I think 232 or 233 on agri before it seemed like it wasn't worth it. I did only rudimentary math on it but did account for prices bordering kn rapine.

Tech % is based on acres as well yeah? So if your not stocking get and still gaining acres you'll need to keep buying tech to keepax levels.

yes, as you gain land your tech% drops and production drops unless you buy more techs.
