some of these I found quite interesting.

They aren't particularly evil. With a business degree and some years experience in a financial institution makes 95% of these very doable although the choice of excel questions was a bit odd although I've used just about all those functions sadly enough.

And it also gives you an idea of the type of problem solving I face on a daily basis.. although the problems are analogous.. no one asked me to rank poker hands in excel:P

I started to work on this a week or so ago when a linked in group posted it. Then I saw the poker thing and was like "wtf?"

Yeah nothing here is overly complex or different from my day to day (other than this requires working with small data sets), but some of the questions are pretty weird from a real world perspective.

I guess there's also the simplification factor in the interest of time plus not requiring anything too advanced or specialized.

I'm guessing you found it in the same linked in group I did?:P
