18741*40 = 749640 tech needed. Going from 360,000 to 749,640 wasn't worth the extra dollar.

360,000 tech on 18741 land is .8394 military tech, $29 divided by .8394 = $34.55 rounds up to $35.

70 million vs the tech is slightly favorable for buying the cheap tech. mabye a 200k NW difference

I was thinking how much it costs for a demo to max to $36. You multiply your acres by 40.

For some reason I applied that same rule to other Govt to get $35 bushels. Which is obviously wrong.

What is correct is:
I did not have 360,000 military. I had 360,000 agri tech. I had the two mixed up. I'm doing my fantasy football draft right now and I guess my brain cells can't multitask all this at once.

I scrolled up and noticed I had 'Military 200,086 86.0%'. To get 360,000 tech, I needed 160,000 more tech, which is 160,000 x military tech cost on market (which is still more than $71 million).

Even if I got military tech at 1k it still wasn't worth it,
160k x 1k = 160 mil. And I sold about 71 mil bushels at end for 34 instead of 35 on PM.

you didnt need 360k tech eitrher. only need .841 military tech or 334k tech. Anyway it's worth it because it gets you cheaper private market + lower expenses + sell off the food for $35 + sell the military tech you bought back at the end.

I'll have to re-examine your idea with buying it sooner. Thanks for the suggestion.
