long time no see, giving a country a very lackadaisical 'go' for the first time in years.. not interested in alliance server this time around, posting for bonus and saying 'hi' to any old friends who still may be around :)

The rules have changed pretty dramatically. Rainbow dictator actually is best for netting now.

Rainbow Dictator has always been good but Rainbow Bright is better.
