So are the changes staying for this set again? It would be nice to get confirmation on whether there are going to be any changes for this set before choosing a strat.

qz said something about changing ghosties in ffa but that was just "hearsay".

Something that would be best known quickly. The new rules just lead to massive all jetters .. don't think that was the intent

Well, there was a thread on modfying the new min Ghost Acre rule early in the set (accouting for PS as a min). and most likely looseeng the factor for FFA only. A lack of mod feedback lead to the death of that thread and no idea what QZ/pang thought under than having a different forumla for FFA but the same concept using that much of a coding challenge.

I do wish that annoucements for next set changes would be made in the final days of the previous set....but maybe hard to do given every server is on a slighly different calender.

Easy soluton to that: Have the announcements have an effective date based on server restarts and list of servers effected by the annoucement.

qz is busy atm so there might not be changes at all until next set after upcoming.

That joke is too real, it actually isn't all that funny.

Again, lack of game admin response to several vets in the game constructive ideas is annoying. Us mainly FFAs are feeling like the game is being over backwords for the sake of alliance and all the shenngains that go over there. Even from someone as myself who doesn't net a whole bunch and plays in both servers.

An idea maybe is that someone can appointed to fill a secreatary type rule so that the top game admins can use their valueable and scrace time where it is needed to address valid concerns and needed changes or redo's of previopus changes.

FFA server has started in the past few hours , and a bunch of time crafting poropsoals to modifly fourmlas better suited for FFA were made 2 months ago with little response, hopefully the not insginficant amount of time I made writing this goes to waste....like all valid prosoplas made 7 weeks ago in wake of the new changes brought on then.

I've fought for ffa for years now to keep alliance changes away from ffa, but ffa players are considered 2nd rate, with no idea how the game works.

I spent 12 months trying to stop the C:C dr all reset change, now I'm brushed off when they talk about ffa

There is my way!! Everyone here in FFA joins together and makes Alliance countries and kills that whole server! :-)

ok you dumbfluffs, if you can do better than the current staff for this game, take your happy ass to your nearest server vendor and step right up and show us how its done. You schmucks play a goddamn free game, and yall should know the mods and/or staff is already overworked and underpaid. Ht as a mod I fluffen know exactly how ffa has been treated, every damn change was suggested or put in place to serve the alliance server, in qz mind ffa and alliance are the same because of the rule set,

The rule may be the same but the mindset and gameplay is completely different, I got qz to play ffa to see how ffa works in a live server situations before he first changed the dr rules. He lasted less then 48 hours.

Time and time again qz and others have been told the effect of such changes and they won't listen, like we have always known, ffa is considered alliances ugly sister that no one wants to know or hear about.

As unfortunate as it is, we should all just be happy That the awesome developers and mods are still putting out a great game for free!!! Its gotta be a pain in the ass when you put all that time and effort into something and have so many people complain about it!!!

Now what they could do is charge 10$ a reset to register and play the game but the player base would drop even more, so just be happy that we still have a good free game after all these years!!!

As much a some things really suck, just remember that they could be far worse! What would half of us do without the game here??? I for one would be so lost!!!!
