While I do enjoy all types of whiskey, it doesn't get much better than a classic martini. 2/3 Gin, 1/3 quality dry vermouth w/lemon twist.

Thread about Russia and Russians and only one mention of Vodka. You guys are doing this wrong.

I grew up with a lot of Russians and Ukrainians. Different culture, but they're people just like everyone else. Lots of fun times.

Putin is going to get his ass handed to him. He fluffed up big time.

Although some Russians believe their news avidly, and others will believe anything in order to shine a positive light on themselves and their country, most people here don't trust there media. However, they trust the Western media even less, which kind of explains their attitude towards the whole thing.

I was walking with my friend, who was going to the Ghanian embassy to apply for a travel visa. We passed it by coincidence. We just saw a building with loads of flowers next to it and it instantly clicked to me what it was. It was quite an overwhelming sight.
