Currently the entire War Room is disabled after 5 brigades are out. I seem to remember it used to being that you still could access the rest of the War Room once five brigades were sent out, you just couldn't make attacks--i.e. one could "declare peace" during that time.

Perhaps I'm remembering it wrong, but if not, could we fix it so that we can declare peace while five brigades are out?

You cant declare peace or send missiles once you have your 5 brigades out.

You also couldn't see how many units your oil can support because of that until they added that to the military page. Really they should just not disable the war room when you have 5 brigades out. I've seen this posted before though.

I agree with blid. Makes no sense to disable it - it would be like being unable to access spy operations page simply because you didn't have spies.
