CHAOS is pacted along with nbk icd tko and a few others

we cant ever break a pact again
was a complete wrong move but we learned our lesson for sure.

in the flip side it made for an entertaining few resets but it sucks when you become to like your enemy
90% of nbk are pretty cool it seems
