Private market for oil while we're at it. There are cars everywhere and there is such a thing as domestic consumption, so it's somewhat realistic. Plus, stocking oil might finally not be full of fail.

6000 a pop would be rediculous, but at times when there is none on the market, it would be like gold
just incase you need it that badly
