for now there will be no LoW... The amount of people I thought were close to me aren't... @Symac I'm in LaF at this moment and I've only been playing earth about 3 months now therefore your argument on whoever this vic guy/girl is is invalid

I know you are and have been playing that long, doesn't mean you aren't Vic.

In any case, at this stage of the game it is nearly impossible to start a new alliance, and the few that have came in recent years have done it at great effort or were so charismatic and over powered we had no choice but to accept them or risk explosion.

No offense to you, but you have 0 chance to start a successful alliance on this server, at least not yet. Don't feel bad the number of people that could on name and reputation alone is maybe 3 or 4. None of which are playing now most either started the alliances we have today or made/remade them into an alliance that could still exist.

You need several things to really be successful.
-A well enough known and organized enough person to handle FR. They better be able to see issues before they come up.
-Recruiter and IA that actually knows people and is friendly. Also better know what to look for to ensure you aren't letting iChodes in your alliance.
-Retaler. This is the hardest one. Maybe a dozen left if that which could retal for a new alliance. You also need someone else running a mean early set indy probably, to take care of tag before your retaler is ready.
-Strat people, because without them you have no real reason to exist. They will teach your members how to make countries to net or war.
-A war leader, a new alliance is going to war period or be slaughtered. Any new alliance is going to have to kill imag at the very least. I almost consider the inevitable imag war to be the test to determine if an alliance deserves to survive or just put it as neutral.

Pretty much all truth there. As a leader/one of the original re-organizers of DK, its very tough to get your alliance up and running. Maintaining the alliance.is another story all together. I put wayyyyyy to much time in this game, why? Just to keep DK going. I trust no one else to do it. It takes alot of effort to start one hun and if you cant get the proper pacts, its nearly.impossible to survive
