thought about it, but it made me uncomfortable when i realized that there wouldn't be a good reason to vindicate why i all of a sudden dropped dead regardless of my efforts to maintain perfect physical fitness.

I used to lift, 3x a day, five days a week and cardio the other twodays.

I lived and breathed for gym. Along with the intense working out, i used to eatright too..didnt smoke, didnt willingly eat sugar'd food(candy, soda etc) ", didnt drink alcohol or do drugs...did this for 52 months....


then I was dischargedfrom department of corrections and havent touched a weight since, lol

Generally I just run 3 miles every morning when my schedule permits. We have a lot if fitness equipment t at our house but my wife is the main patron of said equipment. I'll hop on the free weighs a couple times a week, but I don't have a regiment. I did before I had 3 frekin kids.

I play footy every Saturday morning, central forward and wings are my positions on the pitch, so I do quite a bit of running ;-)

That's right braden. I would recommend heading up to a truck stop in North York or somewhere and hitching a ride in a transport going East. Bring some snacks and stuff. When you get to Halifax give me a call and I'll drive over and pick you up :)

Weight lifting in the gym and jogging outside 3-10km each time. 3-6 times a week depending on how much time I have. This along with healthy food. No soda (I mainly drink water) not much sugar in general, more green, fishoil and pleanty of fresh meat! And yes, hiking in the summers! Everything unhealthy in moderation.

I've worked out 5-6 days a week since high school. It's just an almost daily routine now.

I run a few miles, bike a few miles or row a couple thousand meters to start each day. In the past year, I've started isolating 1-2 muscles each day and abs twice a week. Great gains and improved physique.

I'm 27 & can say I'm honestly in the best shape of my life.

Did you know: that running for 30ish minutes totaling 3 miles, is only 300ish calories burned.. when if u go to the bar and play darts for 2 hours u burn 220ish calories.. food for thought next time u put in that extra work running...

I mainly do cycling; I'm at 335km in the last 4 weeks according to Strava; I'd like to get that moving average up to 400km or more now that the weather is better.... 100km/week isn't actually very much =/

Ive resumed the gym thing. I usually go 3-4 times a week except for this week due to a minor injury
ive been running for a while about 3-4 miles 3-4 times a week. Started to train yo do a half marathon. Small setback atm, hopefully itll be a fast recovery.

I do fluff-pushups about 4 times a day.

But really though, when i go to the gym i follow the StrongLifts 5x5 program for the most part, and do it at a rapid pace and then do some fun cardio for like 10 mins between supersets.

So a day at the gym session looks like this:
Warm-up for 5 mins - punching a bag
Squats
Pullups
10 mins of cardio - either punching a bag or doing intervals on elliptical
Deadlifts
Pushups
10 mins of cardio - same as above
Overhead press
Powerclean + overhead press

This takes about an hour - hour.5, and if i'm giving a fluff i go every other day so 3-4 days a week

I personally seen the best gains in 90 day intervals. First 90 was high intensity workouys with 50-75% of my max lifts, pushes or pulls. Lots of reps lots of sets. Morning was a push, after noon was a pull, night time was a lift. Next ninety days was power lifting. Push/pulls insame day..then the third ninety days was dumbells and body weight exercises. One cant stress enough the importance of bodyweight exercises. I was to a poiny that i was 205, hardly any body fat and was strapping 100lb dumbbells or 100wheels to a weight belt our my waist and doing pull ups and chinups. Also putting weights on my back for more intense pushups. Spotters needed in those circumstances. Once that ninety was done iwent back to high intensity workouts.

Cardio was handball, all three yard periods. On my twodays of cardio. Also core exercising. If you lack core strength, you lack.inthe everything else. Dolphins, situps, crunches, ab wheel, dead lifts and light squats all great for core. Also putting your legs in the air.near yourbchest when benching is good core stablizer
