i'm in top 10 and here is what i DID NOT do..

1) i did not get any FA.. in fact i managed to cash 43 mil per turn and for a duration of almost 20+ days yielded me a stock of 1.3+ bil bushels.. maybe someone can help do the math and calc my nw? oh not to forget i did 2 resell and got me a profit of around 300+ mil in cash

2) landfarms.. no.. landtrade, yes.. well since its the trend now, why not embrace it? this may be a wargame but ultimately everyone would still look into the ranks and make a huge fuss about it, like now.. and anyway, running land farms is a hassle.. i do admit however that a few trades went one sided in my way and well, it did give me a slight advantage..

3) buyouts.. no.. i'm too small and i don't think i have that financial power to do that crap..

so yeah.. a summary of how i got top 10, not the best of skill some may say, but i got where i wanted to.. :)

I actually dislike how people on this server can't agree on what is what. I have seen a clan say they will FS another clan if they land traded, and then a few sets later start land trading themselves(could have been the other way). I have seen people complain about FA, and then after they do it, say that FA shows teamwork.

What I posted earlier wasn't aimed at all the top 10 this set, but top 10's in general in EE history. There is no proof, but you just know it happens from being in several alliances over the years.

I was #9 and certainly did not get FA'd into the top 10.

Personally, I think it's a cheap tactic so I choose not to utilize it. However, I'm not going to go crying about it either. It's just that for me personally, I would not feel nearly as good about my finish if it wasn't something that I accomplished through my own skill and time invested into my country.
