thing is the best netters tend to be the best at war as well. It's about being able to follow instructions and show up regularly.

if anyone decided to ruin the sets of half a dozen alliances(betraying pacts to do so) they would need to be prepared for a while of not netting.

Who would want to netgain anyway, there is no skill in it anymore. The people that win have to play like newbs to do it (land trading). You have to play an almost perfect set to beat people that are so fluffe at this game its embarrassing to even call what they do netgaining. And not just that the admins encourage that as the future of game play on the server while at the same time raging about wars and a toxic environment of the server. When all you leave as a viable not massively boring way of playing the game is warring, then you get wars. BUT WAIT lets ruin warring too with changes we have no idea the effect of and leave the game completely fluffed, that will grow the player base! Great idea.

The term you are looking for HT is "PANGER", it's an acronym for Pansy Assed, Net Gainer.

Just thought I'd clear that up. Some former mercs are over there in LaF being PANGERS now, and they know who they are. LOL

Oh, and netgaining is more about accounting than it is about playing. These clowns simply learn to exploit the forumlae for the game and game the market more than anything else. Oh, and studiously avoid hitting any country that might possibly be able to retal, or have an alliance mate capable of making the retal.

I find it amazing that some of them don't tag over to smaller tags just to rake in the retals before jumping back to their original alliance for the finish.

Good netting does not denote good war skills. Vastly different war and netting.

If a country doesn't have the ability to retal themselves, and doesn't have the defense to stop you, why wouldn't you hit them? That seems like a pretty idea to me. They put all that time and effort into the land, it would be a shame to let it go to waste.

Netting takes things to a different level with all the calculations and predictions on how the market will move.
