That's what staunchly *descriptivist* linguistics might say about it. Prescriptivism says the meaning of words is derived from the way they're used. The word niggardly sounds jarringly like the word fluff. If someone goes around using the word niggardly for the purpose of getting a rise out of people, they may just as well be saying fluff. You shouldn't defend it just because you happen to know something to the contrary about it, because that contrary information is intentionally being ignored for the purpose of shock and offense.

If someone named their EE country "Niger" I think I'd probably defend it, but I still might harbor a suspicion that it was some kid giggling to himself because of how close he was to getting away with saying the n-word. In this case, we're not talking about a real-life country name, but a word that was probably chosen with the intent of sounding like fluff and offending people... Again, I'm not saying anything should be done about it, I'm just saying we should admit that's what it is.

Tella I seen the definition you posted its still in bad taste though and i would be offended if that country attacked me let along farmed me so i would retal extra hard for it if it happened i see a lot of racisim in this world fluff is a very hateful word i am smart enough to steer clear of that word all together if you ever get called that to your face by someone who really means it and says it with hate in his heart trust me it will make you feel some type of way and you really don't want to hear that word in any form

The word has a different meaning than everyone seems to perceive it because instead they decide to let their brains perceive it as something else.
I suggest you go do your research on it.

As for teammates you know where to go for that. It is funny that last few years everyone cried about coordination and team type play on a solo server. Now that allies were removed by qzjul... you want coordination. I feel like I am dealing with females here some days :P
