no tech for me this round, after last rounds terrible attempt at teching I'm steering clear for a while, stick to what i know. Will be after def/intel alliance from friday though if anybody is interested pm me

if tech was really bad last set, doesn't that mean it's probably a good idea to go tech this set?
typically when nubs see a strat win, they all go to it. could be a bad commie set (but is there ever a really bad commie set??)
I wouldn't know if tech was a bad set generally last set (assuming thats aimed at me), just that I personally played it very badly and its put me off for a bit because I sucked at it.
Tech was mediocre at best last set and seems to follow the same trend this set. But I found what I assume is someones "girlfriend or mom" playing a farm land country. No indies, no farms just straight labs and CS. Could be wrong but 500 turns in with no spies is gonna make it really hard to do much of anything and really easy to have your tech stolen and country farmed.
actually zydx i was buying the turrets and reselling for profit as i was playing democracy and the 0% commission allowed me to do that. Nothing wrong with having them protecting me when i don't play and then selling them on before i use my next batch of turns. But ye i was pathetically land thin... and did a terrible job at selling my tech as people just kept under cutting.
I wish..... too many techers again this set means I have 30ish hours to hit land targets. More people need run fluffty countries for easily avoidable retals.
