rich, ebert is just saying when he plays techer he typically maintains a 130% weapons allocation and as a commie he is finding it more difficult to buy up to even close as much while still keeping cash for turns, bushels, and indy and bus and res.

ya this is the h2o style commie, it's definitely the way to go in some sets. i'd like to try it and just grab the whole server early on, but i never have time to play wednesday and thurs morning, so i'm usually a later starter.

but you definitely aren't able to run turns on nice indy production like you are with a turns delayed commie. what have you been picking indy tech up at?

i was just about to take a massive retal on ebert, had only 300k more jets to buy up for a 10% oversend ps ...
and i got my op through on ebert
got my ally op through on him ...

THEN i failed my op on russian roulette to see what d he was giving ebert ...
and within 25 seconds of failing that op, ebert appears back online to run d up!

You only lose like 2% of your turrets max per defend.

25% for sending and 8% of those turrets.

Yea I highly doubt that anyone could lol. My techs are maxed and making 50k jets on 11k land lol. Right now I have enough turns on hand to make 18mill jets but no one wants to tap me hahaha
