im in manila as well, storm passed with very strong wind but mostly things are in order. its the southern areas that were really hit hard. i hope they are safe

All good is good in my place in cebu city both from the earthquake and the super typhoon. But my office mate, in the island where her family lives, so many initial dead body count from the typhoon, 500+ :(

Yup. it was that province and northern part or cebu that was badly hit. So sad to see the news and all in that area. Leyte in Philippines in particular got badly hit by it.

Glad i live in the capital of cebu, cebu city, in the recent earthquake and typhoon disasters, it seems we are well protected.

That thing is a monster. Wind Speeds approaching 200 mph steady and gusting to almost 275 mph. That's as strong as an F1 Tornado, only on a seriously massive scale.

I'm saying a prayer for all the folks I know there, that they will be safe and well when the storm has passed.

I don't need anger management, people need to stop pissing me off!

Also, that catholic church pictured stood up really well compared to a lot of the other buildings they picture.

Yup bantayan was hit bad too, Cebu City in general rarely gets hit by a storm, it usually hits the north. Cause my place is cool like that :) . I hope things get better for everyone.
