For the last 7 hours I have been unable to access this site from my desktop or laptop..just my phone. What gives?

I have the same problem. That usually means there was a DNS issue.

Same for an MDer. He can't access BC or EE.

But he is Canadian and would understand if you have decided to disable access from that country.

I am unable to access EE if I configure my web browser to use my ISP's default proxy. If I disable proxy use, it works fine. If I use a online HTTP web proxy, that works fine too.

Yea, there's been serious routing issues on the 'net the last day. It's not me, or my ISP, but something in between me and a subset of the internet....
Finally did the signature thing.
