90% jets, but going all-x? Why?

Well i figured all jets would be more of a deterrent then all turrets..

A commie all-x can probably get to the upper 20m range but usually will wind up maxing out at 25m. No one really does it with 90% jets though. It might be good to carry some jets, so people will respect the possibility of a retal, but all jets you may get hit more, and jets usually sell for less on the public market.

Although if you do go all-x, and are in GDI, you can start converting to 90% jets during the destock.

And sell less in quantity.

You also run into the problem of defensive allies, where if you are grabbed a lot due to running far less defense than would otherwise be normal. To retal then, you'd have to account for their defensive allies, whereas you likely won't be holding any offensive allies.

Don't underestimate the power of spies. Most people will give up on attacking you if they can't get a spyop in only a few tries.

i generally have close to 1 mil by sets end..running 10% only

1 mil might be overkill, but good nevertheless.

yea...good for NW and for spal....but them suckers eat the corn and add to the pci deficit.

1 mil spies is a bit over kill for an all-ex commie. I'd go for a spal of 10 and then go to all jets/turrets.

Even if you go 100% turrets with all-ex, you might get hit a couple times but you should still be able to finish 18~ mil pretty easily.
