None of the people asking about GDI seem to know how it works. GDI doesn't prevent you from attacking someone...

Anyone can attack back already. It just takes more networth to be in range to make a hit. You have to get better.

People can attack you and grow out of range. You'll need to catchup a lil in NW to be in range. You'll need to make sure you're at least 1/4th his nw.

Good news is you only need to make 1/4th the amt of NW he makes to keep up in range.

You know, what you could do is, gain some NW, fire some missiles, do some spy ops, and then drop just enough NW to be out of range again.. work it to your advantage
