Gotta get your net up man. You are right in range for the t25 to hit. Everyone is trying to get all the land they can and at this stage they're all grabbing each country at the 1/3-1/4 range once each. You can't hang low and expect to not get hit, doesn't matter how spy or defense heavy you are. Like everyone recommends, if you want not to get hit, you gotta stay above half the net of the top countries to avoid being selected as a target at this stage.
