Three separate hits, all the hits were DR-abusive. I know my opinion is just one guy's opinion that you can take or leave but youre starting to have a lot of fluff attached to your name and youre definitely not one of the good dudes out there

I didn't ask any of those 4 countries to send me random missiles and AB me especially when I did nothing to any of them. I made the most out of a crappy situation on a solo server regardless of whether it was a fluff move or not.

I've had it done to me plenty of times (being top fed by someone in DR), so I'm paying it forward when I get the chance. Sorry it doesn't pass your ethical judgement of how EE should be played.

DR is broken on Express, and abusing it is against the rules. I'm not sure if the sticky thread is entirely clear about it but jetting up and topfeeding people for big acres is absolutely an abuse of DR imo. Those people have no recourse, they hit you back like #72 did, and they get 200 acres. Sounds like DR abuse and if so, that's cheating and can get you deleted. If not, it's still scummy.

It's your own fault you got hit with missiles and ABs, that's what griefers do to people who don't join GDI. You know all about griefing from Primary last set. (And you have land farming in your past in Primary as well.) So really, it's more than this one thing with you, you are building a history of really uncool stuff that's starting to pile up.

What I don't get is that it's so easy to NOT do crappy things.
Like, to me, if I don't join GDI and then get AB'd, it's easy not to topfeed other players from deep in DR. And if I get grabbed a lot in Primary and my set is up in smoke it's easy to not destroy good 60-day long rounds for good honest people. And so on. But yet people like you time and again take the low morals way.

If you get someone to purposefully put you into DR then that is considered a cheating offense. I did not ask anyone to AB me into a parking lot. In fact, I definitely would've preferred not getting ABd 30x out of the blue even when I had 350k tanks.

"good honest people"...Tell that to all the people you grab and farm during a set. I'm sure they all appreciate how nice of a player you are. Thank you for being such a saint in this game. In a game that involves war and attacking others, there are no good honest people.

I'm talking about griefing. Why you would grief Rob and herbs and so on, I don't really get it. Usually griefers have some sort of grudge but Rob and herbs are good dudes.

Also, the DR abuse rule is more expansive than just that. Warster has said in the past he would delete for what you did.

Retaliation for a land grab? Most players do it in some way shape or form. Stealing tech is a form of retaliation and also a great way to gain nw (which you may already know, this game is all about achieving the highest networth possible).

It's not just about griefing. Stealing tech is an efficient way to gain tech and boost income/stock. If you steal 10k tech/turn from another country in 1 turn, that's like stealing 20 mil cash. If you do it 10 times, you've made 200 mil cash in addition to your own income on your turn. Obviously it comes with risk, since people don't take highly to having tech stolen, similar to how people don't take highly to having their land pillaged away.

Imo, there isn't a huge difference between someone stealing tech and someone grabbing a country for 1k acres when they can't retal. Grabbing comes with the risk of retals, however, if you don't get retalled, then you're much better off. Most likely if you continue grabbing everyone in the server, some of them are going to retal. If you try to steal tech from everyone on the server, someone is bound to retal in another way shape or form.

Hmmm, you said right out you were looking for a fight because your round was going poorly. So yeah, you were griefing. Herbs told me at one point he lost 200k tech in one day because of you and/or h2o. It kept happening over 10+ days. And then there's the time you took 7k free acres from bug, and he even made a big hit so you could take more acres from him. Even though that wasn't deleted for at the time, it was clearly wrong... In summary, you've put together somewhat of a history of poor standards of play.

Heh, so does Xin and I don't think there's any dishonest stuff about him. That's another reason not to play Alliance for me though, I don't want to get in bed with people that do things I consider wrong, and I bet most alliances have folks like that.

I still ended up Rank 23rd in Primary even after the skirmish. I never said you can't have fun at the same time trying to "net". What do you do with 50 missiles in GDI anyways? Maybe you should tell them to remove missiles, tanks, troops, offensive spy ops from the game. In fact, you should ask them to remove attacking completely from the game so everyone can only explore and be nice to each other!

Everyone has different definitions of "dishonest" activity. If Xin has never done anything dishonest, why would multiple people name their countries "XIN IS SHIESTY" the next set? Just a thought...

Solution for express: GS/AB/BR do not contribute to DR.

Why do you consider stealing tech as a form of low play? Its part of a strategy, why do you PS and not SS? You PS because it takes lesser turns, oil and military needed to get 50% more land than SS. Thats a strategy. Stealing tech improves your country, gains you networth and creates income for your country, comparing to exploring 6-7 acres with that turn.

Just because you're a good player with good netting skills by farming people 1/3-1/4 your size every single day doesnt give you the right to take the only retaliation (stealing tech) away from those average players.

MD has kicked someone out for getting purpled, I personally witnessed that when I was with them. They even kicked out a guy that admitted to running Bots back in E2025 days. Hell, they kicked l33tz out just for being l33tz. MD doesn't tolerate crap. Most the guys that run the other alliances probably wouldn't/couldn't get admitted into MD.

I used to tell them that for a clan that named themselves Moral Decay, they had pretty high morals.

Heck, see how Karim panicked when he got deleted last week. So yes, Ingle plays in LaF, so go figure.

There were some DR fixes that were discussed and even allegedly planned, but nothing has come of it

The game is built around 1a. like it or not. Changes, almost all of them are due to the fact that 1A pushes boundaries and if not for 1a.. i dount this game will ever continue to exist.

Just accept the fact that each server is unique and play it as it is. Leave LAF out of this crest/blid.

If there is a flaw that you think it is, get the game mods to fix it or suggest changes. Not run around and whine that "i am holier than thou".. Btw, bottom feeding is a flaw, top feeding is a flaw.. just that ppl on the receiving end whine and cry.
