Ahh I see thanks. So how can you tell who the top cashers will be without getting an op? Cuz at the same NW/land, if someone has higher tech levels they would have less military, wouldln't the person with higher tech be considered better off? Or what if at the same land level one country has a lower BPT? Wouldn't he have to catch up in BPT later on, turns he won't be able to grab land with?

as much as I love speculation, it's a little too early to tell. Two players who look similar could have dramatically different tech levels.

It's clear there are very few top commies.

Well, I think it's clear that those are the top commies and reps. I don't see why any other commie or rep would suddenly emerge at this point. The others are too far behind.

I thought so too but I looked at past oil data and that theory of oversupply compared to existing/previous market conditions don't add up.

That's definitely all the reps. Go sort by gov type and see, there are no other reps even close. There's definitely other cashers out there though.

I'm going to have to disagree on your top commies list, Bobby. 2 of the 4 countries you listed are not in GDI and are _not likely_ to remain at the top.

There is alot more cashiers out there then what has been said so far. And further to that they are big cashiers in the top. I count 5 big cashiers and 1 just a little behind all with really nice counties.

I think bushels will skyrocket during the last 4 weeks. Due to this if any big farmers ermerge they may have a shot at the top.

Is anyone else missing there bonus from the top 100 arena bonus?

I find when I do get a chance I only get 6 bonus points a day and that one never working. It has put me significantly behind where my bonus points should be.

I've always played from an iPhone, never a comp, and I get that from time to time when not on wifi. Besides earlier in the set of course where that one bonus just didn't work for anyone for weeks.

I stated this two sets with regards to a commie. Clean buildings is much more beneficial then having all sorts of buildings. Even if that means stopping grabbing for a day or two to rebuild up and tech up. It makes better use of the turns later on and much more profitable.

I used my country compared to other commies, where they just kept grabbing and didn't clean house and I did. I out produced and outpaced and outgrew them all.

Clean buildings is very important especially when military prices fall and the more Landfat Commies struggle with building cost expenses and oil.

clean buildings is far more important now with teh build cost increase, as a later conversion at higher acres will be double punished.

last set i made use of the mixed strat with commie (i.e. non-clean buildings - saving up and converting later) and it worked well... you've just got to plan it carefully.

yea herbs, I took the same thing away from two sets ago. I stayed clean last set, and it really helped. Afaik is right too, later conversions cost even more with the changes.

This new building cost formula is brutal.

It seems like all the top Commies have started to only do 2-3 grabs, otherwise you would get too much land compared to what their tech levels can support, or have too much junk acres.

Interestingly, all the non-Commies seem to be still doing 3-4 grabs.

(I only looked at countries above 20k land for this analysis.)
