New SoF Policy Announcement - Earth Empires Forum

Starting today, we will be allowing ourselves to do preemptive CS. As such, we will not declare war on our target and expect them to make the declaration on us instead once they do start their FS. We should not be identified as aggressors in such case since it is a purely defensive tactic on our part.

If you have problems or need clarifications, you may contact any of our FAs.
