Any cash above approx 2b will result in a 0.1% corruption.

For example, if you have 3b cash(1b excess), every turn you spend will incur you a 1m corruption expense(0.1% of 1b).

i don't see the relevance since it's not permitted to rent a woman here for sexual purposes. so, you need the extra money to pay for women because they wouldn't touch you otherwise.
