The farmers in this set suck. They couldn't even place top 10. They were spending their time trying to help Vic make top 10/place higher than Braden. And then failed in all the aspects. Products of Laf and/or rd.

I tried to finish on a tablet and failed miserably. I had calculated a 25m finish. I finished 14th with only 16m.

If any farmers were having a good set prices wouldn't have been that high.

Just some quick calculations: a 10kA Fascist would be producing 137k bushels per turn which translates to $7.4M ($57/bushel) after tax + $1M or so in Net Income per turn depending on military levels. If you stock for 700 turns you can jump $22M in NW.

It would have been very easy for any farmer to place top 5 this set.

and thanks viva, its a boring old strat but i've been trying it without the tech start, not sure which one i like more, to be honest, i can't really tell too much of a difference, minus my god awful tech percentages for the first couple hundred turns :P

i think that would depend upon tech prices, reseda. tech starts feel awesome when tech is absurdly high right out the gates, but damn i'm always kicking myself when i go tech start and bus and res is on fire sale below 1500.

with that said, 9 times out of 10, tech starts are king.
just ask h2o

to make the cash start worth while you need to buy tech every turn while building cs and exploring. Another improvement would be to change tax rates turn by turn to maximize income and population growth, but that is time consuming.

I setup 2+ windows and build 1 cs, switch windows and buy tech, alt-tab ctrl-r, alt-tab ctrl-r, etc. The higher your bpt, the more tech you will have. It goes pretty fast as you can run through 130 turns quickly that way.

I would reverse that statistic in my experience with express. But there are a lot of variables, and if you have good RAs early that can set you ahead.

Anyways, news in the grapevine is that a few of your friends from LaF and or RD were going after #130 because of his choice in country name. Looking at the history they did just that. They even went after #130's allies for that same reason. I don't know if you asked them to or not, but that was what I observed.
