I'M NO BIG FAN OF MOST PERSONAL INJURY LAWSUITS, BUT....

IF THIS ARTICLE IS WRITTEN TRUTHFULLY, AND IF I'M READING IT CORRECTLY, IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS GUY PERHAPS SHOULD WIN HIS SUIT. HE WAS EMPLOYED TO USE THIS MACHINE, HE WAS NOT TRAINED, AND SAFETY MECHANISMS WHICH WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS WERE REMOVED FROM THE MACHINE.

IF ALL THAT IS TRUE, THEN IT SEEMS QUITE POSSIBLE TO ME THAT THE EMPLOYER IN THIS CASE WAS NOT JUST NEGLIGENT, BUT RECKLESSLY NEGLIGENT.
