maybe xinhuan was speeding unsafely so didn't see it
i recommend slowing down and eating some slow food so that tags can more easily be viewed in the rear view mirror

the tanks contained building safety inspectors who determined that the buildings were not up to safety code and needed to be demolished
no civilians or cute animals were harmed during this demolition and all rubble was carefully bubble wrapped to avoid any future incidents
