I think:

Earth went live around then end of 96. Missile market went away early 98. The theo went live around 99 and facists and oil went live around 2001.

Though there are plenty of old-timer AT trolls that have actually been around for all that. I played 98-01, trolled 02-04, intermittently made AT threads 04-09 asking who was still around, then came back a few months ago to actually play.

I came in when Rage was 500+ members on 3 sites..... Have not missed a set since, although I must admit I was not very active from Afghanistan... :P

I remember being able to buy spies on the market in addition to missiles.

I also remember when you had to declare war on a country to attack it, and you had only three declare war slots to use, so if you were smarter than some you would rotate your targets to coincide with those three slots since you had to remain at war for 3 days before you could declare peace with that country again.

And there was no conditioning tech at first.
