I didn't feel like camping the market, so I set up standing orders for seven countries to buy 400k units for $2400 or below. :)

I don't buy milt tech over 3000 if at all possible. I will stock pile my money for days and put standing orders out before I both to buy over 3000 (ocassionaly I will buy 3100)

to get from 85% - 84% it is not cost effective to pay more than 2800 (give or take 100) and since thats nearly half your tech thennnnn you can pretty much wait the market out and buy only to 85% rather than pay for expensive stuff
