the frames in the game? Mine are shifted over and partially covering the menu on the left.

Yes, its extremely annoying. It's part of the new update, doesn't work well on mobile.

It will zoom out or in, not a fix but makes it slightly better.

could also use ctrl and the mouse wheel if you have one

I had that problem on my phone but if you use the m.earthempires.com site it works perfect. They tweaked the mobile version. I like it.

yes and too main screens like past news etc.. can't scroll,Can see the very bottom though if you use the tab button a bunch :)
