Well, you won't see my land retaller country in the t10 I don't think... After a certain point, retals get too expensive to cope with and rebuild from... 8-10k land + ghost acres in an exchange takes roughly 50 turns to rebuild, (With a BPT of 200), but also $1-2bill to rebuild... Altogether not worth it at all
