Blid, I actually threw out three RA proposals to some spied techers, and if someone does accept it, seeing I'm a fat ass commie, they deserve to be leeched from. Only one accepted though (yet), which sofar has given me 70k tech.

First time I tried this, didn't think ppl were stupid to accept random offers without checking.

Maybe they "deserve to be leeched from," but the rest of us don't deserve to compete against a leecher. I don't want to lose to you because you found the most people to give you free tech. I want to lose to the player who plays the best game. Do you want us all to end up battling to see who can find the most trusting/careless players (or eventually, maybe the most accommodating friends)? Most people don't resort to that and I thought this stopped being a problem when JJ23 finally got permanently banned. Now I see respected players going for it and it's disappointing. Just play on the same playing field as the rest of us and see how you can compete.

I don't think FA is possible in Express. But glad to hear you say that. That means both of the big leechers I saw are stopping and promising not to do it anymore. Btw, that leech probably saved you about 50 turns worth of selling military.
