This is a public announcement. RAGE is tagging over MD in the next 72 hours. Appreciate if you can place them on DNH as they transition over. We will retal accordingly for them within this 72 hours.

You could waste tonnes of Fa to get them into retal shape, but only rage can retal, and if they tag Md only the country grabbed can retal from that tag. That's my view on it anyway

I think we're just trying to give Rage a breather from being farmed. Hopefully most clans will understand and lay off.

Well I'm an ex Rager, and frankly it saddens me the state they are in, so I wish them all the best when they are representing the MD tag, but no alliance will accept cross tag retals so I'd get them tagged over ASAP

Firstly, not a single RAGE leader has confirmed this.

Secondly, I do not see how people will recognise this sort of policing.

It's very similar to me saying, "Do not hit any untaggeds, because they're going to tag LaF. We'll retal within 72hrs on their behalf if you hit them."

Alternatively, it's the same as early in the reset when people go untagged and fish for retals, would it be right for them to tag up and then have some other alliance member retal on their behalf?

Or how about you hit an untagged, that untagged then tags LaF, and LaF retals for those hits on the untagged over the preceding 24-48hours?

I can't believe you actually made such an announcement.

Not normal policy to retal for countries not in ur tag. If rage tags then is hit. Md may be eligible to retal. But not before they are tagged

Obviously guys, we are just trying to do things in the most professional way possible guys. We just wanted to make the community aware of the upcoming tag over. We are not retal nazis and are not try to gain or lose land over this situation, we are just asking for a favour.

Obviously, as always, our Foreign Minister team will continue to work with any potential retals through the appropriate channels. No need to be alarmed, no one is trying to accomplish anything but a smooth transition as quickly as possible.

its confirmed, jeez by 12 hours you guys are already complaining about how nobody confirmed this...

I never really go on AT, its like the taint of EE imo, so while this may be an important announcement I hope you all can understand that some people such as me arent really interested in these forums. But stop fluffing its true, getting tag info took a while and everything, partly because Im moving into my dorm right now and seeing all kinds of people so if any of you went to college you might remember, its busy...sorry I have a life :/

About the retals, Im not going to point any fingers but honestly we can accept where we are at now if it means everyone can fluff about something else instead. We've got our own plans anyways, whatever.

And vic about the rainbows that you see, I dont think you realize how hard it is to switch from a start to your main strat when youre being farmed by <alliance> and they claim to not even accept any retals. Basically you go nowhere, thats what.

I'm sad for rage, good luck with them md, they are gonna Ned it. I love how quickly the sof guys come crawling out from under the fridge trying to start fluff any time anybody makes any announcement on at. This is a totally non-sof issue, but maybe you can use it to void a pact with md, right?

oh right that yeah we had a lot of offers, it wasnt just md or sof, it was a hard choice given some allies rage has had but we figured MD has the same allies that rage has so it would be a good idea to tag with them. also they didnt grab us while also offering to tag up with them >.>

Just want to go on the record that Omega does recognize and allow cross-tag retaling in three cases: policing, tag-changes (with cause), and mergers. This would be considered a merger and therefore, cross-tag retaling would be acceptable...provided that contact was made with Omega before the retal was taken.

After reading half of this, was MD trying to say they would take retals for RAGE countries beforte they tagged over or after? I get the after, but the before would be tough luck charlie. Not that I'm actually grabbing anyone at the moment.
