Express

i had troops below 10k .. i lost civ/pop a lot more than when i had more than 10-20k troops. Intentional ?

What about the growth rate ? when would it increase.. after how many turns ?

i was a casher, good amount of tech and buildings ent/res

low on troops.

so goofball decides to gs me

Was down to less than 10k pop.

When i run my turns, the population regeneration was abt 100+ per turn.

the question is .. what is the population regenaration like? does it go up immediately ? or a linear progression..

1. low troops .. you loose more civs ? than those with more troops ?

i was wondering if its a measure to stop ppl from putting countries in DR or abuse DR.

Pop growth is a known formula somewhere on the wiki, it is something like +3% of your current pop, or 40, whichever is higher, until it is near the pop cap (within 2/3 of it).

Special attacks (hence pop loss from GS as well) was changed last reset, the first 10 or so hits will take less damage than typical, then hits after that ramp up in damage. This deters the effectiveness of suiciders, but still works out for kill runs.

Population Growth is also affected by tax rate - higher tax rate means lower population growth.
