Looking to test out a strat I've been working on.

I'm only running 5 countries.
Won't be landtrading.
Want to avoid war at all costs.
Not sure how great of a finish (see: Won't be landtrading).

That was an solid war too. CC was vastly under-resourced and had already exterminated KA that reset. We were turning the tide in the war when Sanct jumped in, Atlantis was walling like the best of them too, was quite annoying. Really ruined a great war.
