Love it, if you added 10% of tech points as well, would it make the restart bonus overpowered or more fun?

I'd think tweaking it a bit so that less CS is provided and maybe more cash, bushels or tech is kept - it would allow for a more smooth rebuilding. Maybe keep a percentage of buildings?

As it stands, $11m cash is not enough to fund even half of the rebuilding, and as you can't explore (< 50%) and there is no point to building CS, what do you do? Cash?

I've taken 10 turns and now have to cash for maybe 20 to sell enough bushels to build another 101 buildings. What are your thoughts? :)

There is nothing wrong with the number of CS. Just because you can't build to your full bpt doesn't mean you'd be better off with less of them. Once you get rolling you'll appreciate having so many cs.

that's more CS than I would build for a normal warring country. that being said, tweaking it should be a fairly low priority item for the admins.

yea more cash would be better (as i suggested on new restart changes-thread) since otherwise we build 11-12 turns farms and then cash ~20 turns and build more and sell bushels and build more and explore or cash and build again and explore again w/o selling bushels at priv. after turn 70 (save for public market), restarts get oop pretty much w/o military or money so fa is needed still even more desperately than before change.

It would be awesome if the restart was able to start off with some of the previous country's tech. Me likey this idea. :-)

love it, when I died last set I only had 180 CS or less and my people salved 400 lol

IMHO the formula should have lower CS and higher cash-on-hand.. if they actually escaped from the former country, how could they have more CS than the original country, and wouldn't an escaped group of people have more cash?

The whole idea was to make restarting less tedious. I haven't died yet, but I am expecting it to be MUCH better than before.

Certainly is better than starting completely over. A little bit of a pain with the high BPT but nice

if dies now get ~400 cs's and ~12m cash, 100 troops and bushels, ~4k acres and all bonuses invested and more turns than can spend w/o cashing and of course high building cost vs income.

29 bucks priv. bushels price sux for restarts.

restarts are hitting range of ~5-6m nw countries so easy land for winning side.

i'd say it's ok considering that you can't receive FA until turn 99 and by then you should be fully built and yes the CS number is way too high :)

There is pretty much no such thing as too many "free" cs.

sure we can build 1k farms and spend rest turns building cs's and farms every 5th turn until can explore and build farms and save most of bushels for public market and then is hitting range of ~4m nw countries.
