This country was in vacation after heading on holidays. It was removed from vacation on the 29th April - not by the owner of the country who logged in at a later date to a dead country.

It was then farmed and killed within 20 minutes of coming out of vacation.

People sitting in that chat didn't think anything was suspicious? That a country would just come of of vacation while you had turns on hand to kill him inside of 20 minutes? That country would come out of vacation with 500m cash and 45 missiles and not be in a warchat to help out? There must have been at least a dozen LaF members in that chat - none of which had any issue over the miraculous fact that this country conveniently came online to be farmed and killed.

Please let us know where you get to with this one..

Dagga: LaF members were looking for SoL countries to landgrab, so when they did a country search, they saw that a country had exited Vacation, and informed us on IRC about it. A Kill Run was then organized - we constantly have 10-20 members online on IRC, not uncommon for an alliance with a membership size of 90.

If his country was removed from vacation not of his own volition, please investigate it.

We have currently provided Martian with full access to the LaF site.

you used to get bonus land/turns back in the e2025 days, what's to say you don't get them now?

although it did come out of vacation about an hour after the last land gain. maybe clicking the wrong thing?

Well, does a country automatically exit vacation on the first login after entering it? Do you have to manually exit vacation?

If you have to manually exit vacation mode, then it is probably that you can still login daily, and get 6 turns bonus and 20 acres daily, you just can't spend them until you exit vacation. I'm told you can reach over 200 or 300 turns on hand in your country this way by adding 6 turns per 18 hours that doesn't overflow into storage turns since the country is frozen.

So what? You have two proven cheaters removed from your alliance, this guy was forcibly removed from vac then killed in 20 minutes.

Instead of being a bit of a tool about it, have a look around. This will be disproved pretty easily by martian looking at the login logs and whether or not the owner of that country logged in within 2-3 hours of it coming out of vac.

If he didn't, as he has absolutely assrted, time to do some explaining.

If you exit vacation, you cant rejoin for 24 hours. He was not hoping in and out of vacation to gain 20 acres.

Logging in doesnt take you out of vacation. When you log in, you can't take any actions. You need to click a link/button to get out.

From ingame:
"Vacation mode, which lasts for a minimum of three days, temporarily suspends your country. During this time, other countries may not interact with your country and you will not be able to take any actions. When there are 14 days left in the reset, all countries will be forced out of vacation."

He has a login from Apr 30, 0:46 to Apr 30, 3:21 which falls in that window. So I'd be inclined to say he left vacation on his own.

If he doesn't know that he did, maybe we need to work on confirmation messaging or something.
