and lower on the same page:

Goods take 15 to 45 minutes to be placed on the market.

so which is it?

from 15 to 45... sometime it takes 15 sometime it takes 45 and sometimes between those.

and the fact that one minute the market, will be for (as an example)

turrets - $140 - 2 minutes later - $95

annoying as fluff

Its express, I dont play primary but I'm assuming it is primary play on a much faster pace? Everything has to keep pace with a turn every few minutes :)
