the problem is there's probably going to be more food on the market than people need. Therefore, they undercut you so they can get theirs sold first. But if your bet wins and there's less food than needed then you will get a handsome profit :)

maybe i see things diffently..but if the avg price was 60 then b no need to undercut. cause it wld sell ...u would still rather pay 60 then 360
