I would like to see some changes in line with how the game works to reduce the land trading.

My suggestion would be to introduce a diminished return (DR) on ghost acres, similar to how gains are reduced for land grabs with multiple hits in a 24 hour period. I have a few more specific suggestions:

1. When two countries hit each other repeatedly (land trading), reduce ghost acres by 50% for every hit. DR could last the entire reset.

2. For every land grab a country does, reduce the ghost acres by 10-15%.

3. Land grabs within your own alliance/team/FFA whatever gains no ghost acres.

I imagine the second suggestion would be both effective and rather easy to add to the code.

there already is a DR on ghost acres

we also have some similar (but different) ideas in the works at the moment

you could increase ghost acres for land grabs between separate tags...

FFA war tags would keep close check to make sure no netting tags are taking advantage of it(the more reasons for war the better)

Tin man how is it looked down on in ffa when most of the server either landtrades and the war clans u talk about, tried and failed to stop landtrading,

Only people trying to stop it now are the suiciders but all they are doing is changing the tactics landtraders will be using in future

C:C DR that never expires and higher DR percentage for Countries under the same clan.

That would be nice. This would change Land trading but won't stop it. At least it would give more interaction on the traders.

Warster, is that 13 hits for each of the countries or for both of them? I mean, if I do 4 hits on a country, I assume he then will still 100% ghost acres in a retal and not 80%?

When does the ghost acres DR reset?

I would suggest that ghost acres DR (GA-DR?) to go down much quicker (25% per hit or so) and then stay at zero for the remainder of the reset.

My preference is still with #2 though with an around 10% point drop per hit, i.e. 1.0, 0.9, 0.8 etc, for the ghost acres with reset long GA-DR. There is of course nothing preventing the two methods to co-exist.

I think for the whole of the reset would be bad, but if ghost acres had 48 hour dr limit, that may make it better

A 24 or 48 hours DR on ghost acres would IMO be almost entirely useless.
