I sold one turn worth of troops, how come some of them reached the market and sold, while the rest are en route still??

You sold 3,387,983 Troops for $512,737,347 to a standing order.
2,690,316 Troops remain for sale.

En Route: 2,690,316 Troops on sale for $161 each

It's for tax purposes. See, the only way we could keep benefits for 99.9 million Americans was to screw you on your market sales.

Sorry. Talk to Obama about it.

Standing orders are given the chance to buy the goods exactly 1 minute before the goods hit the market. So if SOs clear the goods, they won't hit the market. It's like having 2 markets, you sell to the SO market, and the SO market is transferred to the real market every minute.

You can observe this phenomenon on the Boxcar newfeed.

From a programming standpoint, its a very elegant solution.
