Let the signing of pacts be in-game with digital signatures (or just the forum name of FA/leader signing) and can be archived in-game.

It would be then used to condemn Alliances that breaks pacts.

Alliance politics has nothing to do with the game itself.

I hate the politics side of the game, ruins it for me.

i actually don't mind this part as much, as long as things aren't actually *enforced*
i mean you could basically make this a damn wiki page, although i suppose a publicly editable pact is not a great idea ...
