Effective immediately I am now a Head in SoF.

Over the coming weeks I will be making a lot of changes to SoF mainly relating to policy and internal structure.

How does this affect other Alliances? Well it may provide some Alliances with a fresh opportunity to restart relations with SoF.

For individuals who have any concerns or issues regarding to SoF, I am always willing to discuss those issues with you. If you dislike SoF, maybe the time is now for you to change your mind as I will be looking to bring a fresher approach.

For those of you out there who are looking for a new Alliance to join, I welcome to you join me in SoF.

For all FA issues you can contact Boltar, Flamey, Ivan or myself. Helmet is an emergency contact.

There are a handful of IXers playing in LCN yes. There are also a few in RD. There have been hundreds of people to play in IX over the years, and I know of quite a few lurking around (not many, but a few) posting on the forums here but are currently not actively playing anywhere.

I have a few copies of old IX members lists, so maybe it is time to start sending some messages out ;)

At this stage I have not identified anything retal policy wise I disagree with in SoF.

Maybe policies relating to my members grabbing activities I may try and change regarding excessive attacks on small tags and untagged countries.

Early days yet and we shall see.
