cause people are stocking 360 360. Express is just getting worse every week. I think the stored turns should seriously be cut down. If you can't log in at least 3x a day then play on another server.

Agree with lowering stored turns. 180(180) should be pretty fair, allowing for 2 logins per day.

nah. I'd just do 180(90). If you only log in once a day to play express then it doesn't make sense why you even played.

leaving 360 turns means that people can still run 720 turns in 24 hours. That is still high and cause market volatility
