Please, enlighten me. What actually happens when you win a war? Anything? Anything at all? Other than pride maybe?
As politically driven this game is, what am I missing?
Last I checked, the only reason wars happen here are because someone doesn't like someone. I could guess it also happens because someone doesn't like someone else's retal policy, but it's not like winning the war actually gets then to change it.
